As a small business owner I wear many hats, as do many of our team members, which can make it difficult for us to take time off. During the COVID-19 pandemic that we are now in, many of our team members have had increased responsibilities both professionally and personally. (I’m sure many of you can relate!) As a company we value work-life balance and self-care for ourselves and those that work for us. We have been working as hard as we can for the last few months to complete as many analyses as possible but are still finding it difficult to keep up. Additionally, there are several projects that we have not been able devote attention to that we can no longer put off.
With all of this in mind we have decided to close for two weeks, from August 1st to August 14th. It is more important to us to consistently deliver a high quality product to our customers, especially our current customers, than to make more sales during this period. If you are interested in purchasing we sincerely hope you will mark your calendar and check back on August 15th.
What will NOT change for these two weeks:
- We will continue to complete analyses for orders that have already been placed on the timeline we have promised.
What WILL change for these two weeks:
- We will not be taking new orders.
- We will not be responding to general inquiries. We will begin responding again after August 14th to inquiries sent during this time.
- We will not answer follow-up questions for completed analyses sent during this time frame. With this in mind you may want to message us prior to August 1st. When we begin responding again after August 14th, we will answer in the order the messages were sent so feel free to write during this time.
